Grocery List:

1. I Mango ripe washed and peeled and cubed (remove seed)

2. One green Chilli or JalapeƱo chilli slit sideways

3. Cilantro leaves   A small bunch washed and chopped finely

4.  1/2 small tomato washed and cut into small cubes

5. Lime.    1/4 washed and cut

6. 1/4 onion cut finely

7. Salt to taste

8. Olive oil a drop

9. Sugar a pinch ( optional)

10. Pepper powder  a pinch ( optional)



Method:

1. In a bowl, toss the cubed mangoes, tomatoes, cilantro, chilli, onions.

2. Add salt to taste. Add sugar ( optional). add olive oil.

3. Squeeze lime over the salad. Add pepper powder ( optional).

4. Toss the salsa to mix well.

5. Serve with Lemon wedge as garnish.
