BERRIES BANANA SMOOTHIE

From the Pantry:

1. 1 Banana

2. 1 cup raspberry or blueberry washed

3. 1 cup strawberries washed

4. 2 to 3 scoops protein powder - optional ( whey protein best )

5. 1 to 2 cups of any yogurt  ( greek yogurt best) plus ice ( depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be)

6. 1 spoon honey


Method:

1. Put all ingredients plus ice in blender and give a quick run till ice is crushed to tiny pieces but not fully crushed.

2. Remove from blender and pour into glasses and serve chilled.

3. Refrigerate remaining smoothie in refrigerator ( stays fresh for 2 to 3 days).
